Submit Your Floorplans

Send us your floor plans and we will assess your heating system requirements. 

We will provide any technical information you may require and answer any question that will help you make the best decision.

Receive Your Quote

We provide you with pricing or - for bigger systems - a comprehensive quote, along with initial considerations based on the specifics of your project, such as advice on optimal wattage based on your choice of floor, insulation and climate zone.

Seamless Integration

Once the quote is accepted, we work side by side with you and your team to ensure our system solution  integrates flawlessly with your project and floor type. I fyou need to make changes to your project, not a worry! We will work with you to your requirements.

4.

Production and Delivery

Once all confirmed, Warmset Australia coordinates payment and delivery. Depending on your project size and lead time, you can choose from our Adelaide warehouse stock or opt for your custom-produced order to be shipped directly from Italy.

Beyond Your System Delivery

Direct Installation

Warmset Australia can coordinate professional installation for your project. This service is optional and quoted separately from supply.

Local Installers

Alternatively, Warmset Australia will recommend installers closer to you who have been trained by us and have experience with electric underfloor heating systems installations.

Team Training

Warmset installation is very similar to any other electric cable mat. We offer training and guidance to your chosen installer, ensuring a seamless experience with minimal downtime.

Direct from Adelaide or Italy: Your Choice

Based on project size and requirements, you can either purchase directly from our stock in Adelaide or have your system custom-produced —at no extra cost— in our Italian manufacturing facility. Whether you’re an architect managing a large, long-lead development or a DIY enthusiast on a quick turnaround, we have you covered.

Adelaide Stock

Choose from mats lengths ranging from 2 to 40 linear metres (1-20 sqm) at 150W/sqm. With a gentle running temperature typically ranging between 22°C to maximum 35°C, our mats are perfect for all common flooring types. Mat width 500mm.

Custom Production

Perfect for maximizing efficiency and minimising waste, benefit from precise tailoring without compromising comfort. Did you know that Warmset can comfortably heat a well-insulated modern home from just 45W/sqm?

Note: While anyone can lay our pre-tested mats using our videos and installation manual, connecting them to the electrical system and the thermostat must be performed by a licensed electrician.

Our main showroom is conveniently located on the corner of Marion and Cross Road, where Rawson’s Appliances and Rawsons Electrical are based. Apart from the demo rooms, you can view a number of displays that show the installation build-up so you can make your own assessment of how simple and quick our heating mats are to install.

Giovanna Toldi, Managing Director

Managing Director

Backed by 25 years in international business for a number of global brands, Giovanna is the founder and managing director of Warmset Australia. Born and raised in Italy not far from Warmset HQ, Giovanna has lived predominantly between America and Australia, where she settled in 2006. Burdened by the many years spent feeling cold in office environments with horribly uneven heating systems, Giovanna’s mission is to change the way we warm up Down Under. Giovanna has built exceptional relationships with her expanded team in Australia and Italy, and is in a position to leverage the expertise and experience of some of the best in the fields.

Luca Zancanella, Technical & Installations Manager

Luca brings over 35 years of hands-on experience across plumbing systems, construction materials, electrical components, carpentry and complex technical works.

His cross-disciplinary background allows him to assess projects holistically — from structural considerations to practical installation requirements — ensuring Warmset systems are specified accurately and delivered with precision.

At Warmset Australia, Luca supports Giovanna with technical recommendations and on-site installation and support. His practical field experience ensures that every design is grounded in real-world installation knowledge.

Luca has been trained directly by Warmset in Italy on multiple occasions, strengthening the technical link between the Australian operation and the Italian manufacturer.

Tiziano Milani, Electrical Engineer

Tiziano is a founding partner of EsaNano Tech, specialised in the extraction and conversion of graphene to develop graphene-based technologies for radiant systems, advanced electronic devices, sensors, and supercapacitors.  Based out of Italy, Tiziano was heavily involved with the Filmcutter Group in the initial engineering of Warmset heating strip design and still closely collaborate with the Group on complex projects, as well as several private and government institutions in Europe. He holds a double degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics, and a master’s degree in Plasma Physics. Among many subjects, he is an expert in electromagnetism and thermo-physics and thermo-electronics.

Warmset Australia is incredibly lucky to have a direct link to Tiziano, who provides sophisticated expert advice on a variety of complex technical subjects.
